Project Management / Installation Support

Our Construction Management Team provides services for technical systems and insures that proper coordination, physical installation and system configuration are planned and implemented for optimal results. Our team works to supplement in house resources that may not have the time or the expertise to manage the project.

We act as your in-house project manager / owners representative through all aspects of the project installation and commissioning process. We develop specific contract language for installation methods along with procedures that are acceptable for the facility. Project Monitoring is done for each task in the project through the use of project scheduling software and each task is tracked to assure systems will be delivered on schedule and in accordance with the specifications.

Reducing costs, increasing effectiveness, making better use of the client's resources and delivering functional projects on schedule and within budget figures, with total customer satisfaction is our goal.
