Methodology

Our project approach is designed to meet the needs of the client and the project.  Frequently, we are on the Owner's team and help him develop an RFP for the needed security and integrated technology package.

For new construction, the Technology Integration Process aligns with the Architectural / Design Process.  From schematic design, design development and construction documents our deliverables fit into the facility plans and specifications to assure all of the technology needs of the building are met in a single set of technology documents. 

 

Regardless of the project, we follow through from delivery to system commissioning to assure the systems and technologies have been configured to meet specified requirements and the needs of the owner.
